COVID-19: A message to our patients

The safety of our patients and associates is our priority. We are adhering to the Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines as well as government orders to ensure that we can safely and effectively provide essential services for our patients.

To keep our patients and staff safe, we are following MOH screening guidelines and asking all patients and visitors if they have a fever, cough or breathlessness, if they have traveled abroad in the past two weeks and if they have had contact with anyone having COVID-19. Patients, and accompanying person will need to fill up the COVID-19 declaration form at our center, by scanning the QR code outside our door or alternatively on hardcopy forms. We are also rigorously disinfecting every surface in our center, providing masks to our patients and staff, and complying with social distancing rules. To help with that, we ask that you only have one person accompany you to your appointment, if absolutely necessary.
Thank you for your patience and kind understanding as we take these extra precautions to provide the safest environment possible for all who visit and work at our center.
A Message To Our Patients
- Please call to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, breathlessness, runny nose, sore throat), if you have traveled abroad in the past 14 days, or if you had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
- Practice safe distancing. Keep at least 1 meter apart from each other.
- Only one person can accompany the patient to their appointment, if absolutely necessary.
